Maru Expert online pastry courses grew from Ekaterina Kurbatova's Maru Family project. With a long history (over 11 years) of teaching pastry, we have collaborated with international pastry chefs and created video master classes for anyone passionate about the world of beautiful and delicious desserts. Over time, it became clear that both our students as well as ourselves are eager to take our passion to the next level.
The name Maru Expert aptly reflects that we offer more than just hobbyist confectionery courses. Our project brings together seasoned experts who share their trade secrets and unique knowledge of pastry. At Maru Expert Online Academy, amateur cooks can acquire the necessary knowledge and experience to become professional pastry chefs, while existing professionals can expand their business expertise and skills.
