Thank you for choosing our online course. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a refund for an incomplete portion of a course. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand our process.
Refund Policy.
If you would like a refund for an unfinished portion of a course, you may do so under the following conditions:
1. The refund amount will be calculated based on the total cost of the course minus 20% taxes, minus 5% acquiring services.
2. A percentage of the completed portion of the course will be calculated based on the remaining amount, and that amount will be deducted from the balance.
3. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 14 business days.
4. Only the unfinished portion of the course will be refunded.
5. No refunds will be given for course materials or content that has already been accessed or downloaded.
6. Refunds must be requested in writing within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to the unfinished portion of the course. Once you have accessed or downloaded the course materials, no refunds will be issued.
