Payment methods
Courses, e-books and gift certificates are paid for by bank card online. At checkout you choose the payment system yourself — there are three, and each one accepts a different set of methods.
Payment systems and methods
Each system covers its own region — pick the one that matches where your card was issued.
Stripe — international payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and iDEAL.
bePaid — for cards issued in Belarus: Visa, Mastercard, Belkart, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
YooKassa — for cards issued in Russia: Visa, Mastercard, MIR, Google Pay, SberPay, YooMoney, T-Pay and Alfa-Bank.
How payment works
After you press “Buy” you are taken to the secure payment page of the system you chose. It shows your order number and the amount due: you enter your card details and confirm the payment.
If your card supports 3-D Secure, the bank that issued it will ask you to complete a standard cardholder check — it takes about a minute.
Once the payment goes through, a confirmation is sent to the email address you gave us. Keep that email: it makes any question about access or refunds faster to resolve.
Payment security
Card details are entered on the payment system’s side and never reach us. The payment pages meet PCI DSS Level 1 security requirements: sensitive data is stored encrypted, and authorisation pages are served over SSL/TLS.
Paying in instalments
Some courses can be paid for in parts with no extra cost — the total stays exactly as shown on the site. The first payment opens your course, the rest can be paid within a month, and lessons open according to the payment schedule. Full terms are on the Trust instalment plan page.
Currency and conversion
Prices on the site are in euro. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, so the final charge may differ slightly from the price on the course page.
Discount for returning students
Once your purchases at the school total 300 euro, a 5% discount is applied automatically to your next orders — courses, e-books and gift certificates alike. Details are on the Loyalty programme page.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to the same card the payment came from. The money arrives within 1 to 30 days from the moment the refund is issued. How the amount is calculated and how long you have to request one are on the Refund policy page.
