Мне было с ржаным гораздо проще понимать тесто, потому что я была на пшеничном. Вообще не возникло проблем, единственное, что я поняла, что мне гораздо проще с пшеничным, в плане температурно (при комнатной всё тип-топ)... Read completely и просто подходить обминать раз в час🙂. С ржаным больше мароки, с этими заварками и заквашенными заварками, НО, если пшеничный можно найти не такой вкусный, но подобный в пекарне за пределами рб, то нарочанский не сыскать. Так что я готова иногда заквашевать закваски 😁.
Я рада такому опыту, рада новому навыку, домашние тоже в восторге есть сало с ржаным хлебом 😅
